The operator of Golf Score Counter (the "Operator") sets out below how information is handled in the iOS / Apple Watch app "Golf Score Counter" (the "App") and on the website golfscorecounter.jp (the "Site"). If a translation differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information handled by the App
Information that stays on your device
Round records such as scores, putts, penalties, clubs used, memos, and the names and scores of playing partners
Location: used to record shot positions and to show maps.
Health data: used to read and record calories burned during play. Health data is never sent to the Operator's server.
None of this is sent to the Operator unless you use the Backup feature below.
Information stored on the Operator's server when you use Backup
When you use the App's Backup feature, the following is sent to and stored on the Operator's server:
A user name and password issued by the App (the password is stored in encrypted form)
All of the round records above, including course names and the latitude/longitude of shot positions
The date and time the backup was created and last updated
The App does not collect contact information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
2. Purposes of use
To store backups and restore data, for example when you change devices
To investigate problems and respond to inquiries
To improve the App and the Site
To create and publish statistics: Backed-up round records may be aggregated so that no individual or round can be identified (for example, average score, the share of rounds under 100, or average putts by score range) and published in articles on the Site. We never publish course names of individual rounds, memos, playing partners' names, or shot latitude/longitude. Per-course statistics may be published only for courses with enough data (at least 10 users and 30 rounds). Figures about small groups are never published.
3. Disclosure to third parties
Except as required by law, we do not provide information that can identify individuals to third parties. The statistics above are published only in a form that cannot identify individuals.
4. External services
Apple (App Store, Apple Watch sync, Health): subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Google Maps (maps in the App): information such as the map area being displayed is sent to Google to render maps. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare (Site delivery): information such as IP addresses is processed to deliver the Site and prevent abuse.
A8.net (advertising on the Site): A8.net may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure results.
The Site does not use any analytics tools.
5. Retention and deletion
Backed-up data is kept until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion, contact us at the address below with the user name shown on the App's Backup screen. We will delete the data after confirming your identity.
We may revise this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.

2. 이용 목적
백업을 저장하고, 기기 변경 시 등에 데이터를 복원하기 위해
문제 조사와 문의 대응을 위해
앱과 사이트의 개선을 위해
통계 정보의 작성과 공개를 위해: 백업된 라운드 기록을 개인이나 라운드를 특정할 수 없는 형태로 집계하여(예: 평균 스코어, 100타 미만 라운드의 비율, 스코어대별 평균 퍼트 수) 사이트의 기사 등에서 공개할 수 있습니다. 개별 라운드의 골프장 이름, 메모, 동반자의 이름, 샷 위치의 위도·경도는 공개하지 않습니다. 골프장별 집계는 충분한 인원(이용자 10명 이상, 라운드 30건 이상)이 모인 골프장에 한해 공개할 수 있습니다. 소수 집단에 관한 수치는 공개하지 않습니다.
3. 제3자 제공
법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고, 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위의 통계 정보는 개인을 특정할 수 없는 형태로만 공개합니다.
4. 외부 서비스
Apple(App Store, Apple Watch 동기화, 건강): Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. 보존 기간과 삭제
백업된 데이터는 삭제 요청이 있을 때까지 보존합니다. 삭제를 원하시면 앱의 백업 화면에 표시되는 사용자 이름을 적어 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 삭제합니다.
